I ordered the product sight unseen based on an ad that I saw in a magazine. I Liked the family orientated presentation of the business and the response I got back on my e mail regarding a few questions. They seemed to be a company proud of their product. My buckle set arrived as promised despite a tsunami that was pounding Hawaii. The set was everything promised. Quality and pride of workmanship was evident..
