This buckle's focal point is a 1", 14 karat gold fill star that is "eclipsed" by a smaller hand engraved sterling star overlayed. It is set in a frosted sterling circle and surrounded by hand engraved scroll work. The buckle's edge is framed with a hand twisted, sterling rope edge and 14 karat gold fill, domed stars in each corner. The outer edges of the buckle are polished to a mirror finish.
