Vogt Silversmiths has dedicated the month of August to help with the research of autism or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This challenging disorder affects 1 in 44 children in the United States and has directly affected the Vogt family.
10% of all jewelry sales will be donated to a local autism research center whose goal is to find and develop treatments to reduce the challenges and improve the quality of life for individuals with neurodevelopment disabilities and their families. We truly appreciate your support!
Because autism is a spectrum disorder, each person has a distinct set of strengths and challenges. The ways in which people with autism learn, think and problem solve can range from highly skilled to severely challenged. Some people with ASD may require significant support, while others may need less and, in some cases, some can live entirely independent.
