Vogt Donates Bolo Awards for Hockey Legend Joe Sakic at Make-A-Wish® Colorado

Hockey legend Joe Sakic received the Wish Hero Award from Make-A-Wish® Colorado this year, and received a Vogt Silversmiths bolo in a special award presentation at the organization’s annual Whiskey, Wine & Wishes event.

Wish kids Jack and Brian both had wishes to be an Avs player for a day. Their wishes were granted thanks to the big hearts and generosity of the hockey team. Joe received the bolo on stage on behalf of the Avs. Vogt donated seven bolos to honor Avs head coach Jared Bednar and other players on the team. Though he could not be there in person for the event, Jared has gone above and beyond to make wishes magical for wish kids.
